How can I pay for my insurance?
We offer the option for you to pay your insurance premium all in one go (then you can forget about it for a year!), or via interest free monthly instalments. Both options will be presented to you after you’ve received your quote, simply choose the one that suits you best and follow the on-screen instructions, easy peasy!
Can I pay monthly for my insurance policy?
Yes, with Yes Pet Cover you can pay for your premium over 12 months with interest free monthly instalments.

I can’t afford my insurance, what should I do?
We understand that sometimes financial difficulties can arise, and we are here to work with you to help ensure your pet can stay covered.
When taking out a new policy, if you can’t afford the premium up-front, you also have the choice to pay monthly with no interest.
If you have a policy and you find you are struggling to meet your monthly payments, as a first step, please contact us and let us know your situation. We can then work with you to come to a solution that works for everyone.
Is my pet still covered if I miss a payment?
Yes, your pet will still be covered – temporarily.
Your policy won’t be immediately cancelled if you miss a payment but you must resolve this as soon as you’re able. We will automatically try to take the payment again within a few days and will contact you if we’re not successful with details of how to get in touch with us.
If you are unable to make your payments for whatever reason, please get in touch as soon as possible to discuss options with us.
If we’re ultimately unable to collect the payment, we will contact you to inform you that we’re cancelling your policy. You will be insured up to the date covered by your last successful payment, but any claims after this date may not be paid (in part or in full).
If we have never successfully received a payment from you, we have the right to cancel your policy back to your inception date – this means, your pet would never have been on cover.
